What is the cancellation policy?

At Magnolia Roots Studio, we understand that life happens, and plans can change. We have a flexible cancellation policy that ensures you can reschedule or cancel your appointment without any fees. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least a 12-hour notice so we can adjust our schedules accordingly. Should you forget or need to make last-minute changes, there will be an automatic 20% fee of your scheduled service. Our priority is to offer the best service possible and ensure our clients feel valued and accommodated under all circumstances.
